Jean Desclaux was a French rugby union coach.

"Tito" Desclaux coached France from 1973 to 1980 and guided France to their second Grand Slam in 1977. Desclaux' other great achievement was to mastermind the Bastille Day downfall of New Zealand 24-19 on 14 July, 1979. It was France's first-ever victory over the All Blacks.

He went on to manage US Dax until 1994.

He died in March 2006 at the age of 84 after a long illness.
