Jean-Marc de La Sablière

Jean-Marc de La Sablière (b. 8 November 1946 in Athens) is the Permanent Representative of France to the United Nations.
He arrived at the UN in December 2002. For the previous two years he had been diplomatic adviser to President Chirac. He is a former student of the École Nationale d'Administration (ÉNA). J.-M de La Sablière also graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po).
