JCDecaux Group (Euronext: DEC) is a multinational corporation based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, that is active primarily in advertising.

JCDecaux is the second largest outdoor advertising corporation in the world, after Clear Channel. It is especially well known for its bus-stop advertising systems, billboards, and street furniture. The company was founded in 1964 in Lyon, France by Jean-Claude Decaux. Over the years it has expanded aggressively, e.g., through acquisitions of smaller advertising companies in several countries. It currently operates in more than 40 countries and has approximately 7900 employees. Its headquarters are located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, a suburb of Paris, France.
