Jazil

Jazil is a thoroughbred horse. Although he tied for fourth place in the 2006 Kentucky Derby, he was able to capture the final leg of the Triple Crown with a victory in the Belmont Stakes.

Jazil is owned by the Shadwell Stable. He is trained by Kiaran McLauglin and is ridden by Fernando Jara. He was bred in Kentucky by Skara Glen Stables.

His sire is Seeking The Gold while his dam is Better than Honour by Deputy Minister. His grandsire was Mr. Prospector and in his breeding line are such horses as Raise a Native and Northern Dancer.
