Jay Doughty is the mild mannered alter ego of the world conquering tyrant Eo Echo. After tiring of interstellar warfare and dominating entire civilizations, he has settled on earth in the hopes of converting the entire population of the United States to the Universal Church of Gumby, whose object of idolatry is a small slant-headed clay figurine. And his pony pal Pokey, too.

All kidding aside, I was born July 21, 1974 in Philadelphia and currently reside in Frederick, Maryland. I am a musician and writer and have been interested in streets, roads, and highways for most of my life.

I founded the band Katzi and served as its drummer, main songwriter, and singer for almost a decade and continue to play. I've also written several fiction and non-fiction projects.

I have been a contributor and editor to Wikipedia since January 2006 and am a participant in Project U.S. Roads.
