I understand how the original article may have created this impression. However, Jay Haley has made a serious contribution to the subject and the views attributed to him can be found in numerous books. I believe Bookandcoffee's intervention is a little drastic, and I suggest the original material could be reinstated but in an improved style. --RichardVeryard 21:56, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
