Jay Tibbs

Jay Lindsey Tibbs (born January 4, 1962 Birmingham, AL - ) was a pitcher with a 7 year career from 1984 to 1990. He played for the Cincinnati Reds, Montreal Expos and Pittsburgh Pirates all of the National League and the Baltimore Orioles of the American League. He was a subpar pitcher with only two winning seasons and career ERA of 4.20.
