Jay Reese

Jay "Byrd" Reese is an American public address announcer for the Portland Trail Blazers of the National Basketball Association.
In addition to working for the Blazers, Reese has worked as an announcer for minor league baseball teams Medford Athletics and Eugene Emeralds.
Reese is also a basketball referee.
