Jeremiah "Jay" Ratliff (born August 29, 1981 in Valdosta, Georgia) is an American football defensive end. He played college football at Auburn before being selected as the 10th pick in the seventh round (224th overall pick) of the 2005 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys. He made his first NFL start on October 9, 2005.
