Jay R. Cohen is a television producer, announcer and art auctioneer on luxury cruise ships. Jay co-created (with Sidney M. Cohen) the television quiz series "TimeChase" for Canada's History Television network.

He has appeared on various segments of Porthole TV, the cruise-ship television series and does voice over work for various clients.

A cigar expert, Jay also produced and hosted "Cigar Corner" for global webcasting.
