Jay Howard (born February 16, 1981) is an English race car driver from Basildon. He was the 2005 U.S. Formula Ford Zetec champion and moved up the Indy Pro Series where he captured two wins on his way to the 2006 championship for Sam Schmidt Motorsports in his rookie season.
