Jay Darlington (born 3 May 1968, Sidcup, Kent) is a keyboardist formerly of the English rock band, Kula Shaker. He joined the band in 1994 after the departure of Saul Dismont. Following Kula Shaker's split in 1999, he has performed on several world tours with Oasis. His straight shoulder-length hair, beard, and silent, unanimated demeanor has earned him the nickname of "Jesus" by many fans. A resemblance to All Things Must Pass era George Harrison has been noted by fans.

Darlington has recently been seen on Top of the Pops playing keyboards for Rooster.
