Jaunciems

Jaunciems (Livonian:Ūžkila) is a populated place in Ziemeļu Rajons, Vidzemes outskirts, Latvia. One of the twelve Livonian villages. Its Latvian name means "new village." Declared "Nature Reserve" by regulation issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of Latvia No 212 (15.06.1999) Other names: Yauntsiyems
