Jason Gregory Smith (施積善) was born on 29 March, 1984 in Hong Kong.

Jason attended Island School, Hong Kong, and the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA, obtaining a degree in History.
Aside from his years at college, Jason has lived - exclusively - in the peaceful and tranquil district of Happy Valley, Hong Kong for over two decades.
Much like the two are enshrined as official languages in Hong Kong's Basic Law, the languages of English and Cantonese Chinese are both native to Jason.
It is also purported that Jason possesses a fear of open water.

Widely known is Jason's affinity towards the French Toast ensemble available at the local Tsui Wah chain of eateries, of which he is a regular patron. Jason is also known to be an avid fan of model Elyse Sewell.
In recent conversation, Jason divulged to his peers that one of his favourite songs is 'Into The Groove' by the legendary pop queen Madonna.
Edward Norton, who in a similar fashion holds a B.A. in History from Yale University, is Jason's actor of choice.
Jason lists London, Vancouver and Miami as being his favourite holiday destinations. Heard through the grapevine are plans to visit Tokyo and Rome. Conversely, he has been quoted as saying, "I would call Philadelphia 'hell on earth', but I fear that such a statement would be slanderous to hell."
In addition to the above mentioned affinity for French Toast, Jason is also notorious for forcing guests at his home to try his signature pasta dish: Penne Bolognese con Carne (Penne pasta in meat sauce, with meat).

Jason is allergic to cats. It has also been said that Jason is allergic to stupid people, although such a statement is most likely to have been in jest. This is somewhat proven by Jason being (understandably) a great admirer of dogs - who are generally seen as being dumber than cats.
Quotes known to elicit an urge in Jason to repeatedly stomp someone's head into a jar include, but are not limited to, "[subject/person] is sex on legs", and "if [subject/person] jumped off a building, would you?". Employing aforementioned quotes, amongst others, in conversation with Jason risks immediate inclusion in his 'verbal list of shitcocks'.

Jason is alleged to be a principal mastermind in the notorious 'McBastards' football hooligan firm. This particularly violent firm pledges its allegiances to Arsenal F.C. and the England National Team. Surprising few, his militant and over-zealous support for Arsenal F.C. has been established for a long time. The identities of the other members of McBastards are yet to be confirmed.
The McBastards are the only known active football hooligan organisation in Hong Kong, although it is also alleged to have conducted firm-related activities at both the stadiums of Chelsea F.C. and Blackburn Rovers F.C.; the latter club even deeming it necessary to write a warning letter to the firm when it became known to them that members would be attending a Premiership fixture at the ground.

Aside from his English and Chinese birth-names given to him by his parents, it is understood that Jason has recently adopted a Japanese name: 龜頭直樹 (Kamegashira Naoki). This name mirrors his already well-established Chinese pseudonym, 楊巨祥.
