Jason Woolley (born July 27, 1969, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian ice hockey defenseman, currently with Malmö Redhawks in the Swedish Elitserien.

Woolley was drafted 61st overall by the Washington Capitals in the 1989 NHL Draft. For college he attended Michigan State. Currently he is working for WJBK, the FOX affiliate in Detroit, on the Red Wings Post Game Shows as an analyst.
