Jason Toby (b.1977) is a Welsh politician and Plaid Cymru member. Jason Toby is standing for Cardiff South and Penarth constituency in the National Assembly for Wales election, 2007.

Jason Toby was born in Cardiff ( Caerdydd ) and lives in the city of his birth. Jason Toby helps manage his family's local businesses in the south and west of the city. Having previously worked for a large banking firm he now helps run a financial cooperative on a part time basis. In addition to this he has had a varied work life with employment ranging from labouring to business consultancy.

An experienced campaigner, Jason Toby stood for Plaid in Cardiff South and Penarth in the 2005 General Election and in Grangetown ward in the 2004 Local Government Elections. Jason Toby is a keen learner of the Welsh language, with a passionate interest in the environment and economy.

In what little spare time he has, he trains for triathlons and follows sports especially his "beloved rugby".
