Jason Roberts (musician)

Jason Roberts is an American musician, born in Lampasas, Texas. His primary instrument is the fiddle, which he has been playing professionally since the age of 13. He is best known for playing in the musical style known as Western Swing.

Since 1996, Roberts has been a member of the popular group Asleep at the Wheel. On February 23, 2000, he shared that group's Grammy Award for Best Country Instrumental Performance, awarded for the song "Bob's Breakdown".
