Jason Murphy (born August 7, 1982) is an American football player who currently plays on the Seattle Seahawks' practice squad. A rookie out of Virginia Tech, Murphy signed as a undrafted rookie free agent with the San Diego Chargers. However, he was cut in training camp by the Chargers due to roster restrictions and was picked up by the Seattle Seahawks. He was originally an undrafted free agent by the San Diego Chargers after the 2006 NFL Draft.
