Jason Hetherington (born in Ipswich, Queensland, Australia) is a former Australia rugby league international, who played club football for Australian sides Gold Coast Chargers and Canterbury Bulldogs. He wrapped up his playing career in England with London Broncos.

Hetherington also played representative football for Queensland, including one Man of the Match performance, as well as Australia.

In 2000 Jason was awarded the Australian Sports Medal for his contribution to Australia's international standing in the sport of rugby league.
