Jason Gray-Stanford

Jason Gray-Stanford (b. May 19, 1970) is a Canadian film and television actor.

He is best known for playing the hapless Lieutenant Randy Disher in the TV program Monk.

He holds a BFA degree from the University of British Columbia in theatre. He did extensive dubbing for various Japanese Anime movies and series and also contributed background vocals to Russell Crowe's Thirty Odd Foot of Grunts album, Gaslight.

IMDb gives his height as 5'10" but he appears to be somewhat shorter.
