Jason Bowen (born November 9, 1973 in Port Alice, British Columbia, Canada) is a professional Ice Hockey player in the Elite Ice Hockey League in the United Kingdom. Bowen currently plays for the Belfast Giants, but has previously played for the Tri-City Americans in the WHL. After serving a four year apprenticeship in the Western Hockey League he was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1st round of the 1992 NHL Entry Draft, 15th overall,where he began his seven season NHL career, alternating with the Flyers' American Hockey League affiliate, the Philadelphia Phantoms.

He then moved to the Edmonton Oilers, also in the NHL, where he played four games and then played for the Hamilton Bulldogs, the Hershey Bears and Saint-John Flames, all in the AHL. Since moving to Belfast he has played for the Scottish Eagles in Glasgow and the Guildford Flames in the UK.

He plays defense and left wing, and shoots left handed.
