Jasmine Birtles

Jasmine Birtles is an author, comedian and financial journalist.

She has presented BBC1’s Homes Under the Hammer and financial series’ on ITV Scotland and UK Style TV. She has appeared on GMTV, This Morning, Watchdog, BBC Breakfast News, The Wright Stuff, Sky News and Channel 5 News, and Simply Money TV. She appears as a panellist or guest on Radio 4 and Radio 5 programmes such as Quote Unquote, Off the Page, Broadcasting House and The Matthew Bannister Show.

She wrote the bestseller A Little Book Of Abuse; and has written or co-authored 35 other books includign The Money Book: Control Your Money, Control Your Life and A Bit on the Side: 500 Ways to Boost Your Income. She has columns in the Independent on Sunday, What House magazine and Junior magazine.

Jasmine is a stand-up comedian and after-dinner speaker and hosts financial workshops around the country, particularly for women and freelancers. She also speaks on leadership skills to corporate and student audiences.
