Jared Dudley

Jared Dudley (b July 10, 1985 in San Diego, California) is a forward on the Boston College Eagles men's basketball team. Along with fellow senior Sean Marshall, he is one of two of the team's captains. Dudley is the leading scorer and rebounder on the team. Dudley has been a four-year starter for the Eagles, and played in every BC game in his first three years. He had a streak of over 100 consecutive starts snapped when he suffered a stress fracture in December 2006.
Jared Dudley scored 30 points on November 29, 2006 against Michigan St. on national television. His career high in points is 36, which he scored against Villanova in a victory during his sophomore season. He averaged 19 points and 3 assists per game during his senior year.
Dudley is a skilled forward who on ESPN was named one of the top five NBA prospects of 2007 for his great instincts and ability to shoot 3-pointers.[citation needed]
After his senior season, Dudley was voted the ACC Player of the Year for 2007.
