Jardine Cycle and Carriage Limited SGX: C07 was formed in 2002 by the complete integration of Cycle and Carriage into the Jardine Matheson Group. The company is a conglomerate that is involved in auto distribution and retail accounts for 13% of auto sales in Singapore. Its marques include Kia, Mercedes-Benz and Mitsubishi. JCCL owns 200 subsidiaries. Significantly the group includes a large holding in Astra International of Indonesia, an important auto-related conglomerate. Its base is Singapore/Malaysia. It is partnered through stock with Astra International, an auto-based conglomerate based in Djakarta.
