Shirakumo (白雲) was a Fubuki class destroyer in the Imperial Japanese Navy that saw service during World War II. She was torpedoed by the US submarine Tautog while escorting a troop convoy to Uruppu Island. Shirakumo sank instantly 170 miles east of Muroran, Hokkaido (42°25′N 144°55′E), there were no survivors.
