In response to your question. I had renamed and moved the various sections. The photo was at the bottom and I thought that it would be a good idea to move it up so that people could see an image of the DES right away as they began to read the article. I also thought that the photo fit well with the following statement in the "Social problems" section, right beside it:

The historic hotels of this area now rent out their rooms as "single room occupancy" (SROs) which provide housing for some of the most difficult people to house in Vancouver.

I think it looks good where it is, but I'm not married to that idea. Sunray 07:16, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
