  • The Juel Ranch was homesteaded about 100 years ago by a Norwegian immigrant named Christopher Juel.
  • Christopher Juel had three sons Einer, Paul, and Eric.
  • Eric Juel of Rock Springs, WY is now the sole owner of this historic property.

  • The Juel Ranch is located in the foothills of the Wind River Mountains near the Sweetwater Riverand the Bridger National Forest

  • The Juel Ranch was a working sheep ranch until the mid 1950s. The meadow is now leased to neighboring sheep ranches. The buildings are used for summer homes by the Juel family.
