This article is grossly POV. GreatGatsby 03:32, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

It is mainly the two sentences: "She is justly famous for her acutely-observed short stories which do not waste a single word and which show an imaginative use of language. Mark's images conjure up visions." I removed the second sentence, which seems purely personal. The first sentence needs to be a more impersonal assessment of Jan Mark's style. I'd also question the statement "Jan Mark was very popular in Flanders, Belgium". Would well-known be better? Robina Fox 10:55, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
