Janet Chow Ka Wai or Janet Chow (Traditional Chinese: 周家蔚, born August 25, 1983) is the current Miss Hong Kong 2006 1st runner up. Chow was first runner up in Miss Hong Kong 2006. Aimee Chan Yan Mei, Miss Hong Kong 2006 was overage and so Janet represented Hong Kong at the Miss World 2006 competition. She had a great Vote For Me show, but failed to make the top 16 semifinals.
