Jane Sibbett (born November 28, 1962) is an American actress. Her notable roles include Heddy on the FOX tv series Herman's Head and as Ross' ex-wife, Carol, on the "Must-see TV" show Friends. She also co-starred with Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen in the 1995 film It Takes Two, and was the voice of Joy in the movie Charlotte's Web.
