Jan Sapieha

The Polish name Jan (John) was particularly popular among the szlachta family of Sapieha. It might refer to the following notable members of that clan:
- Jan Piotr Sapieha (1569-1611) starosta uświacki, pułkownik królewski, father of Jan Paweł Sapieha
- Jan Stanisław Sapieha (1589-1635), Chancellor of Lithuania from 1621-1635, childless
- Jan Paweł Sapieha (1609/1610–1665), father of Jan Kazimierz the Younger, voivod of Wilno and (since 1656) the Grand Hetman of Lithuania.
- Jan Kazimierz Sapieha the Younger, (ca. 1637/1642–1720), since 1700 held the title of a Duke. Since 1681 Field Hetman of Lithuania, the following year he also became the voivod of Wilno. In 1682 promoted to Grand Hetman of Lithuania.
- Jan Kazimierz Sapieha the Elder (17th century–1730), Grand Hetman of Lithuania
- Jan Fryderyk Sapieha (1680–1751), Grand Recorder of Lithuania between 1706 and 1709, since 1716 the castellan of Troki and after 1735 the Grand Chancellor of Lithuania
