Jan Rosenthal (born 7th April 1986) is a German soccer plays who play currently for Hannover 96.

Rosenthal was nominated to the Bundesliga-Squad for the first time in 2005. He played his first game in the Bundesliga on the 13th August 2006 which Hannover lost with 2 to 4 goals against Werder Bremen. His first Bundesliga-Goal shot Rosenthal against Schalke 04 in his 2nd Bundesliga-Game.
