[edit] Henderson Letter- any info?

Hello, I have come across some intersting information about Henderson. On March 10 1844 he wrote a letter about a secret mission to negotiate a Treaty of Annexation. Does anyone have any more information regarding this subject to create an section on it? I found this information from a scanned letter on TexasTides at Henderson Letter
