Did the inquiry find that "the company moved to the Netherlands, and re-organised business relationships between related companies, to minimise financial exposure to employees"? The POV here needs to be properly attributed. Not having read the inquiry, I can't do it. Dysprosia 06:30, 12 Aug 2004 (UTC)

Just did a quick websearch, and I can't find any evidence that the inquiry has even produced any findings. The ABC article linked at the bottom only talks about arguments that have been presented to the inquiry. I've changed the wording of that paragraph to refer to "allegations", but it still needs more research. Borofkin 05:25, 13 Aug 2004 (UTC)
Great, thanks. I agree about the research, I'll try and look up some more stuff if I have time. Dysprosia 12:04, 13 Aug 2004 (UTC)

[edit] NPOV header added to article by anon

I noticed this on Recent Changes. No idea why, looks pretty neutral to me. Have rolled back because it looks like random vandalism to me! - Ta bu shi da yu 07:58, 23 Nov 2004 (UTC)

seems so. this article could be far more harsh to james hardie. Xtra 10:09, 23 Nov 2004 (UTC)

[edit] This article needs to be updated

Much has happened in the asbestos compenstation story since the last update. It needs to be updated with more information. Also, while the asbestos compensation story should rightly dominate, James Hardie Industries is over 100 years old. Isn't there more to their story than the last 10 years? Perhaps there should be two articles one on the company in general and one focusing on the asbestos compensation story?
