- This article shouldn't be a candidate for deletion. Jamaal Tatum is a prominent college basketball player, who was on CBS just today, playing in the most important college sports tournament in the United States. His team has reached the final sixteen in the country. Being one of the stars of his team (probably, the star) he is likely a future NBA star. He was also his conference's player of the year this year (the sixth best conference in the country), which i'll add to the article right now. Maybe all the scholarly information threw you off, but this deletion request is way off base. Would you like me to list you the tons of college basketball players on this website that are equal to Jamaal Tatum TrafficBenBoy 08:36, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

- I am not deleting this article at this time because it does assert notability in a reasonable way. However, I strongly suggest you add some references to this. Our policy on biographies of living people requires every statement about a living person to be attributable to a reliable source. Kafziel Talk 10:29, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- Fair enough. Thanks. And thanks for referencing my work, Dale. TrafficBenBoy 08:00, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
