Jamui District

Jamui district is one of the thirty-seven districts of Bihar state, India, and Jamui town is the administrative headquarters of this district. Jamui district is a part of Munger Division.
The district headquarters are located at Jamui. The district occupies an area of 3099 kmĀ² and has a population of 1,397,474 (as of 2001).
