Jamnica d.d.
Jamnica is the largest manufacturer and distributor of bottled water in all of South-East Europe - maintaining a very successful 175 year tradition.
Jamnica - a part of the Agrokor Group - has grown to be one of the most advanced European mineral water bottling plants with annual production of 300 million liters.
Jamnica is a joint-stock company consisting of Jamnica natural mineral water bottling plant in St. Jana (Croatia) on the Adriatic Coast. It also consists of the Juicy natural fruit juice bottling plant, the Mladina wine cellar in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevski kiseljak bottling plant for natural mineral water and non-alcoholic beverages. In 2004, Fonyodi natural spring water bottling plant in Hungary joined the Jamnica Group.
Jana natural european artesian water is now being exported to the United States. Jana is the official bottled water of Madison Square Garden and a sponsor of both the New York Knicks and New York Rangers. Recent accolades include "Winner of the Best Tasting Water" at the Paris Aqua-Expo in 2005.
Origins - Jana is bottled at the source at a depth on 2500 feet in the picturesque village of Saint Jana. The water is rich in magnesium (in the form of hydrogen carbonate), rich in calcium, and also contains amounts of silica.
