Jamie Spencer (born 8 June 1980) is an Irish flat racing jockey who is considered one of the best jockeys currently riding in Britain and Ireland. He has won many of the classic races his first being the 1998 Irish 1000 Guineas when he partnered Tarascon to victory. In 2005 Spencer was British Champion Jockey.

Spencer was formerly stable jockey for Aidan O'Brien at Ballydoyle until they parted company in 2005 after a difficult 2004. He was replaced as stable jockey by Kieren Fallon.

Spencer is married to Channel 4 TV presenter Emma Spencer. His father was George Spencer, former National Hunt trainer in County Tipperary who famously trained the one-eyed Winning Fair to win the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham in 1963.
