Jamie Saft

Jamie Saft is a keyboardist and multi-instrumentalist, composer, sound engineer and producer living in Brooklyn, NY. Saft was born in Flushing Queens, New York in 1971 and is a graduate of both Tufts University and the New England Conservatory of Music. He has performed and recorded with John Zorn, Bobby Previte, Merzbow and many others. He has also written several original film scores including Murderball and God Grew Tired Of Us. Saft can be seen on video playing live in the Japanese released DVD Bobby Previte, Jamie Saft, Skerik - Live in Japan 2003. In 2006 he also contributed to Bobby Previte's Coalition of the Willing.
In 2006 Saft released on CD, Trouble: The Jamie Saft Trio Plays Bob Dylan (Tzadik).
