Jamia Millia Islamia University

Jamia Millia Islamia University is a university in India. The name is Urdu for "national Islamic university."[1]

The school was originally established at Aligarh in United Provinces, India in 1920. It became a Central University by an act of the Indian Parliament in 1988.[1]
