- James Stuart (1713-1788) English architect, archaeologist, and painter.
- James Stuart (1985) 8x International Martial Arts Champion, 10x All Ireland Martial Arts Champion, 8x National Martial Arts Champion member of two irish National Teams WAKO ans WKA. Started Martial Arts at the age of 6 with his uncle. Currently trains under Master Massan Ghorbani an 8th Degree Black Belt. lives in his home town Bray in Co.Wicklow Ireland
