James Sommerville is the current principal hornist for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and Artistic Director of the Hamilton Philharmonic, in Hamilton, Canada. A native of Toronto, Canada, he was formerly a member of the orchestras of Montreal, Toronto, and Symphony Nova Scotia.
