James Park House

The James Park House is a historic home located at 422 West Cumberland Avenue in Knoxville, Tennessee. It was constructed over a period of time. Governor John Sevier reportedly laid the house's foundation circa 1790, and then sold the property to James Park (born circa 1770) in 1812. Mr. Park complete the house and added an ell in 1830. The Knoxville Academy of Medicine purchased the house in 1945.

It is on the National Register of Historic Places.
