James P. Delgado

James P. Delgado is a Maritime Archaeologist, explorer and author and is one of the world's leading experts on marine exploration.
As a maritime archaeologist who has worked all around the globe, he has spent decades in the fascinating world of underwater exploration and has uncovered many new archaeological sites across the globe. He hosted the popular television show The Sea Hunters for five years, and has worked as Executive Director of the Vancouver Maritime Museum from 1991 to 2006. He has written or edited 29 top-selling books and publications. Since July 1st 2006 he has been the Executive Director of the Institute of Nautical Archaeology (INA) worldwide.
