James Napoli

James "Jimmy Nap" Napoli (November 4, 1911-December 29, 1992) was a Caporegime in the Genovese crime family. He controlled one of the largest illegal gambling operations throughout the United States from the 1950s to the 1980s.

In 1991, he died of natural causes and was later buried in Queens, New York.
