James McPhail Gillies

James (Jim) McPhail Gillies (born November 2, 1924) is a former Canadian parliamentarian. He was first elected to the House of Commons in the 1972 general election, and won re-election in 1974. He was an unsuccessful candidate at the 1976 Progressive Conservative leadership convention. He retired as a Member of Parliament in 1979.
