James Kelly (Irish Army officer)

James Kelly (October 16, 1929 - July 16, 2003) was a former Irish Army officer cleared (along with Irish government ministers) of attempting to import arms for the IRA in the Arms Trial in 1970. He printed and published a personal memoir in paperback format "Orders for the Captain?" in 1971.
