James Hough is a fictional character created by the author Charley Haddock. The James Hough character appeared in the humorous comic entitled “Fly Baby” published by Underground Art in 1999. A semi literate superhero blessed by unnatural powers of persuasion and super human whit James was sent by a higher power to fight the corrupt underground forces of the “Grogin”, a race of beings intent on disrupting the morality of society.
