James B. Gibson

James B. Gibson (born 1949) is the mayor of Henderson, Nevada. He was elected in May 1997 and was re-elected for his third term in 2005. He was born in Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended Brigham Young University and California Western School of Law. Gibson ran on the Democratic ticket for the primary election in August of 2006 for Governor of Nevada, but lost to State Senator Dina Titus.
