Jamal E. Duff (born March 11, 1972 in Columbus, Ohio) is an American actor and former NFL American football player. He played football at San Diego State University, then played for the New York Giants and Washington Redskins,
He has appeared in S.W.A.T, Rundown, The Eliminator, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (as Ben Stiller's fitness consigliere), and has done several other television and film roles. Duff is currently playing "Monroe" in the upcoming Dwayne Johnson film The Game Plan.
